Naturalwalks – Spain

Naturalwalks is a travel company and certified continuous vocational education and training centre. Since its creation, Naturalwalks has specialized in training students and professionals in Ecotourism, Gastro Tourism and Nature Tourism. The organisation is a pioneer in Spain and Europe in the development of specialized training of Nature guides and Heritage interpretive guides. It is a certified training centre for the Interpret Europe Certification of Interpretive Guides.

Naturalwalks has carried out specialized training in the field of gastronomy applied to natural plant resources - Gastrobotany - at different universities in Spain and Latin America. Naturalwalks has been a botanical advisor for the International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism (IGCAT) network since 2023, and has offered Gastro-Botanical consultancy and training for the kitchen and dining room team on the use of wild plants and their benefits in the cellar's kitchen. In addition, Naturalwalks offers Phytotherapy training on the relationship between nature and health through the use of medicinal and edible plants.

In the Tourism sector, Naturalwalks provides training and consultations for various organizations and companies in different countries, mainly in Latin America (Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil) and Spain. Naturalwalks is part of the Catalan Tourist Board as a member of the Premium Product Club, and a part of the Costa Brava Tourist Board as a member of the Gastronomy and Wine Route Product Club.
